Elegant, sculptural and yet absolutely suitable for everyday use are the new pieces by Wogg. For the current furniture collection, the Swiss company collaborated with the designer and ECAL lecturer Christophe Marchand. The result is a wardrobe and several sideboards. These fit seamlessly into the design philosophy of the company, which was founded in 1983, and perfectly combine functional demands with aesthetic simplicity and clear lines. Both the wardrobe and the sideboards use a unique, patented tambour door system. The system allows the front to slide around the curved edge. It thus “disappears” practically without taking up any space, leaving more room for all the things that are important to you. When closed, the pieces of furniture, which immediately catch the eye with their oval shape, become elegant monoliths that nevertheless radiate a certain lightness.
Wohnidee has now brought this lightness to its shop. There, the “Wogg 79” wardrobe and the “Wogg 82” sideboard are currently waiting to be discovered. And perhaps to be taken home by design lovers with a connoisseur’s eye. Come and take a look!
